I love the song “The Motions” by the Christian artist, Matthew West.  My favorite part is the chorus,

“I don’t wanna go through the motions
I don’t wanna go one more day
Without your all consuming passion inside of me”

This song reminds me that even in my weakest moments God is present.  

Life isn’t easy and there will be times when our faith will be shaken and all that we believed in is questionable in our minds. God’s unending love and grace can fill our hearts with fulfillment and peace if we simply turn to him and stay focused on his promise to us!

“I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.” Ephesians 3:16-19 NIV
