Today was my first day back in cycle class at the gym in a very long while (yikes, it has been before baby was born), and wow it was so refreshing! I really enjoyed being back on the bike again; I had forgotten how energizing a workout can be! I am finally feeling my happy self again, hooray!
Lately, I have been feeling sluggish, grumpy and having trouble sleeping. That’s when I realized it is time to get back into shape and leave this grumpy face behind. Exercise is such an important part of being healthy physically and mentally. According to the following post, there are many benefits to exercising that go beyond just the physical effects.
