Thankful for Strength

This Thanksgiving I want to take a moment to be grateful for the strength God gave me to face my most challenging year.  From the beginning, I had many losses starting with the finalization of my divorce this past January. Shortly after that my mom passed away after fighting a long battle with diabetes, kidney disease and pancreatic cancer.  A few really crappy dates in-between and then my brother passing just recently.  Through all this tragedy I am so grateful because I have discovered an amazing strength that I never knew I had. Additionally, these events gave me a wake up call that life is so short and we are all susceptible to losses like this no matter how successful, wealthy and happy we are.  Take every moment to be most grateful for each and everything in your life because God only knows when it could all be stripped away.

With that being said I want to show my gratitude to the beauty I have in my life.  My incredibly adorable daughter is number one to me and I’m so blessed to have the gift of motherhood.  If it wasn’t for her I don’t know where I would be right now. Her precious smile brings great joy in the midst of a painful year and my life would not be complete without her.  She is my strength, my comfort and all I need in this world.  Thanks be to God!

I am so happy to have an abundance of love from family, friends and a rewarding career as well.

My hope for you all is that you never stop building on your strength and special relationships you hold dear, never stop giving love to others and always protect the legend you leave behind.

With all my love this Thanksgiving,

God bless you all,

Jennifer
